Bio:
As the second born in a family of four, she stole much of the attention away from her older sister, Skyward Scout. Though at first she older sibling was jealous, she grew to love herc little sister despite everything. Their parents, a female Butterfly Keeper named Flora Forest and a male pegasus named Capital, took great care of the two of them, and still do to this day.
Despite raising her well, Angel Dust unfortunately grew up with physical problems she couldn't control. Her wings are small due to not fully growing, and she is small and short — this is because she way born prematurely. She was named Angel due to the fact that, quite honestly, she shouldn't have lived past her foalhood — her parents are convinced she has an angel looking after her. This grew into worry, however, causing her parents to fuss over her too much. She had a weak immune system, but eventually, she improved, though she is still at great risk if she does manage to get sick; due to this, Angel has quite the fear of getting sick.
Happily enough, however, Angel has a very special talent. She can speak to and relate to animals on every level, able to speak to them and understand what they say to her. She earned this talent one day when she ran away from home, getting herself lost in the Everfree Forest. At the time, she was sick of being so babied by her parents, and her immaturity led her to run away. In the woods, she was scared, of course, and found herself surrounded by animals. She began talking to herself, apologising and wishing she wasn't there, until she heard a voice talk back, one reassuring her. It was a maned timberwolf, but instead of hurting her, it comforted her. It was kind to her, and soon, more animals joined the first. The moment she reached up to touch the timberwolf, a flash of light occurred, and her cutie mark appeared! Once she went home, her parents, though worried, understood they needed to give their child some freedom, and after that, her immune system seemed to improve exponentially. These animals and the Everfree had become a second home to her since then.
Angel is as she is named, quite the angel. She's incredibly kind, though she has her moments and isn't hesitant to defend anyone — or any animal, for that matter! She loves to help others, whether animal or pony. It's a good thing she has a ton of energy, since she needs it for all the activity she does during the day. She's also a part of the Filly Scouts, though her group is a group for older fillies. She's still in high school, after all! Though she doesn't like sitting still and working on homework, she still does her best to focus, and her personality usually nets her brownie points with her teachers anyway.
While she portrays herself as innocent, she actually has an incredibly not-so-innocent side. Her animals became more than just friends to her, and in her filly scout adventures, she will sometimes disappear to "spend time" with them. Other times, she'll go out of her way to see strange, mystic, even elusive creatures. While she does this partially just to see them, meet them, and document them, she also has her own personal reasons for wanting to see them, reasons no other pony would understand like she would. This is also why she hasn't had any sort of long lasting relationship with a stallion, though she has participated in rather.. well, unconventional parties, along with an attempt at a relationship at one point.
