Parcly Taxel: By virtue of my genie-hood I melt into an opaque slush at 65C. For a translucent "true" goo pony, though, I couldnt use something with a permanent effect on the body — how inconvenient would it be to reverse that? So I made a potion (with some parts from the Crystalaplex and my genie spells) with the desired effect, but that evaporates upon the transformed ponys contact with hot water, thereby reverting them to normal.
