Concept art for my ponysona's sister, Penrose.
Although she's still in development and I usually don't give FCs much to backstory and whatnot, so far, she's Penwrite's older sister and is much more extroverted. She runs a flower shop near Manehatten and her biggest customer is her sister, who uses some of the rejected or even special plants as ingredients for the paper she makes.
Since Penwrite is introverted and puts her energy into her labor-intensive job of making paper, Penrose can often be overbearing on her and overly-bubbly. She also often pries into personal space, which is good businesship to some, but a little too much for others. She is also very talkative and loves talking about plants and flowers. Although she isn't snooty about what she knows, she isn't always aware that not everyone is as interested in these things as others and may not understand a lot of the terminology she uses. A dream she has is to one day get to tend to the plants in Canterlot Gardens, but since her education isn't formal, she doesn't qualify to be an official, full-time staff grounds-keeper/gardener. She grows whatever she's able to in the environment that Manehatten provides, but the city air compared to the Canterlot/Mountain air makes a difference on how big the plants she grows can get.

She's still a work in progress and I hope I can refine her into a nice final version.
