yeah, it's ripped in the back keeping the sort of torn apart life style that Irene kind of has. It's design is based off of the white flowers from .flow, mixed with the dress effect. I though it suited Irene better then the original design, which was a hospital uniform… hur
and obviously her mane is… in order.
I was going to add her bleeding forehead. but, decided not to. it kind of ruined the "fancy".
