Note: Now accepting guest comics! Details and rules here. Deadline: October 25th.
Transcript:Ocellus (TS): So do we blow up or not? Did we pick the right artifacts?
Gallus (RD): Oh… right.
Ocellus (TS): You forgot about that?!
DM: As you all grab the artifacts, the magical resonance wobbles for a second… and then calms.
Ocellus (TS): Phew.
Smolder (RT): Might I ask what happens now?
DM: In this instant, you've taken collective control of the spell.
Silverstream (PP): No grabby-hands coming to get us?
DM: You're attuned to the artifacts; the enchantment can't even tell you apart.
Gallus (RD): Then let's not waste any time. Let's save the world!
DM: The orb ceases to descend and in fact rises up towards the ceiling. Headmare Starlight looks around in shock that you've managed to do this. The orb of all the magic in the world expands, then collapses… And then explodes outward.
Yona (FS): Aaah!
DM: No, I mean, like… a gentle sphere of light, not like a detonation.
Yona (FS): Word choice! Word choice!
