Sometimes (many times) (almost every time) it's more important to make sure everyone's comfortable and having a good time than maintaining the suspense.
…Dang, 1400 pages?
Anyway, we've got another session of our Dungeon of the Mad Mage amnesia campaign, The Forgotten Ones, for your listening pleasure.
Session 20 — Interview with a Mind Flayer: Podcast | Video
Transcript:DM: And what do you suppose Twilight will be doing during the wedding?
Twilight Sparkle: Ummm… Managing? Organizing? Keeping an eye on… Cadance?
DM: Oh really? Why is that?
Twilight Sparkle: Um… Well… Uh… Sorry, I probably shouldn't… I don't want to seem like I'm… commenting on your engagement or anything…
Princess Cadance: The perils of art imitating life.
Shining Armor: Heh heh, yeah… Maybe I didn't think this entirely through…
Princess Cadance: Let's have a little time-out. Listen. We hope that you're happy for us, just like we hope that for both our families. But for us, that has nothing to do with this game, alright?
Twilight Sparkle: I-I know…
Princess Cadance: We're just here for a fun one-shot, and we've worked with your DM to create an intriguing scenario for all of you. This is for you, not for us.
Shining Armor: Well, it's a little bit for us.
Princess Cadance: Yes, we're having fun too, and we're looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Even if that means suspecting us. Is that okay?
Twilight Sparkle: …Okay. Thanks.
Applejack: …Y'all realize that's basically admittin' yer up to somethin', right?
Princess Cadance: Who, me? *Never.*
