Ustrasana, the Camel asana, strengthens the back and pelvic floor muscles and opens the abdominal chakras. It is especially helpful in releasing negative emotions, promoting sleep, relieving menstrual pain, calming anxiety, and soothing respiratory ailments by opening the chest.
This pose is achieved by sitting on one's knees, grabbing the ankles/placing the palms on the soles of the feet, and thrusting the entire abdomen and chest forward. Be calm, and hold this for three breaths.
(I'm gonna do one of these every day with a new asana and pony! Namaste :D)
