because she doesn't actually want him to be an actual villain, she decided it was the best for both and the world to accept her former arch-nemesis as her husband for the rest of her life.
She later enjoyed this, never thought this punishment is so rewarding, she promised him to help him protect relic alongside as his queen for the rest of her life.
Dr.Caballeron would be the assistant (and jealous of Ahuizotl getting Daring Do).

Daring Do will now be named Daring-zotl or maiden name Daring (Do) Zotl, since Ahuizotl is cleary a dominant male here and his own species is male dominant requiring Daring Do Zotl now a Submissive female.
