The right pegasus pony is Windy, and the left one is Noxy. In here, Windy is asking his friend, Noxy for a friendly flying time, or something like that, you know, just to hang out like pals. That's how I imagine a scene from this picture. =3

And I've been trying to learn to draw more onto detail about pony anatomy lately, and it definitely gives me the challenge to shade them properly as well. It was tough admittedly, but I'm very satisfied with the result, and I had fun shading them still~
