The title of this vector was thanks in part to the caption that Ryan1942 wrote when posting a screencap of the corresponding pony and expression on my page back when the episode first aired.

If you guys know me at all, then you know this was inevitable. Just as likely were the people who thought he was another similarly-colored earth pony, or an imposter of him. Just the stuff I have to deal with as a fan of this pony. Of course, getting a speaking role is nice too, although for my sake I'm happy that he wasn't hyped at all despite that.

This pony is referred to as "Crescent Moon" or "Papermoon", not Doctor Whooves or Dr. Hooves or what have you. While the two are very similar, they are different ponies.
