Here what we can guess: Sassy managed other boutiques in the past based on her record. Also she doesn’t want to be a part of another failed boutique. This mean that failure could of shaken her so much that she thought that if she didn’t take control, she feared it would happened again. Thus she developed a mindset based on the fear of failure.
fun fact: Omoikane came up with many ideas of getting amaterasu out of the cave.
