"Another iteration pass on Lime, Pinkie, and Marble. I focused on reducing the number of details and such, with an emphasis on large solid color areas and highlights to make their limbs stand out. Lime uses the strong highlight color of yellow against her blue palette; Pinkie uses light vs dark across her pinks; Marble’s exposed skin lets the subtle greys of her outfit show up.

"I’m also trying to shrink down their proportions a bit more to get closer to my original chibi style, since they started getting taller to accommodate their curvier bodies. However, the curves also help create large color areas and solid shapes, so I’ll try not to lose those (okay, I lied, I don’t want to see the curves go away for prurient reasons)."
