Usually we dont treat ponies because they are not in our realm of expertise and there is already a hospital for ponies. The pony named Screw Loose is far too often here. She escapes regularly from the Ponyville Medical Hospital, crashes then into carriages and breaks a leg. And because of herspecialcondition we have to help sometimes when her pills arent available or working at these moments.
