"Butterfly! Come over here!"

Butterfly lifts her head up from a flower and looks at Evergreen. She then trots over to her

"What is it?"

"Lookie what I found!" Evergreen holds up her hoof, showing the changeling a black bug

"…A fly?"

"Well, yeah, but it's a fly I've never seen before!" She grins "I gotta get my notebook and stuff, I wanna find out what it is later!" She looks at Butterfly "Could you please hold it while I go get my camera and my notebook?"

Butterfly nods, holding up her hoof so Evergreen could pass the fly onto her

"I'll be right back!" Evergreen runs into Fluttershy's cottage, leaving Butterfly with a bug on her hoof

"…Hey, bug."

"…" The bug pauses its crawling and looks at her

"What?"

The bug continues to stare at her

"Stop staring at me with those… eyes…" She blinks, and when she opens her eyes she sees a tiny changeling staring at her and gasps

"CHANGELING!"

She slaps the changeling away and blinks again. She looks on the dirt floor and sees the bug — crippled and unmoving

"…Mr. Bug?" She whimpes "S-Sorry, Mr. Bug. I thought you were a changeling for a moment…" She pokes it "You can get up now…"

She begins to panic once she hears the door to the cottage open. She picks up the bug, pretending nothing happened

"'Kay. Got my camera." Evergreen drops her camera and notebook onto the gound. "How's Mister Buggy Bug?"

*Butterfly's ears droop

"What is it?" Evergreen looks at the bug and gasps "M…Mister Buggy Bug!" She snatches the fly off of the changeling "W-What happened?"

"I… I thought I saw… he was looking at me and I thought I saw…" She trails off when she sees Evergreen's eyes tear up "I… I'm sorry Evergreen… I didn't mean to…"

Evergreen doesn't look at her

"…I guess I should go then…" Butterfly stalks off, ashamed
