After having tackled, subdued and controlled Rainbow Dash, Twilight ponders their situation: with only Fluttershy and Sunset Shimmer left as humans and Applejack already transformed and stranded on land, Twi is about to lose it. Not only she does not know how to stop the curse, but she now has to control three potential sources of more transformation and contagion. Her quick, calculating mind raced and raced with hypotheses, what ifs and worries.

Twilight: "What if this is permanent?"
"What if my friends' families get justifiably worried and start looking for them?"
"What if they find us?"
"Will they understand? WIll they panic? Will they call scientists? The army? The navy? That's what I would do as a Princess in Equestria if I found an alien species"
"Will they dissect us? Study us? I would certainly do…"
"Imagine how much I would learn about our condition if I could somehow know how we look like in the inside of these new bodies…"

Sheezh. There are just too many implications and divergences and consequences for our predicament and the best thing you all can do is to bicker between yourselves? Really? Listen up, Applejack will contact Sunset Shimmer and we will find a a way out of this. Hopefully she knows more magic than me and we will find a way to revert this curse.
