Rarity and Sweetie-Belle didn't start off on the best of terms, but it's no secret that they've become as thick as thieves over the course of MLP:FiM. When Rarity gets overwhelmed with happiness, she hugs people and cries. When Sweetie-Belle gets excited, I guess she puts her own…spin on it.

I know the Cutie Mark Crusaders are portrayed as comedically weak and incompetent _{(making them more relatable and sympathetic than most other kids on TV)}, but I took a few liberties for this picture…But, I mean, it is Rarity. I imagine if any of the Mane 6 could be handled like a ragdoll, it'd be her. Well, Fluttershy too, but she doesn't have a sister.
