Dr.Lotus: “Yes, there definitely are some mares with extremely high fertility. My staff and I usually have to resort to surgical procedures when the birth becomes too difficult for the mare. Of course it involves keeping a more closer eye on them and monitoring them more than often.
We..also have to tend to their uh…neediness. Our staff has been working overtime as janitors to clean up the mess they make, amusing to think about it, actually.”
