It's been a long time since my last submission. Sorry, guys, but I just haven't been in the mood for drawing lately… managed to wipe this up, though! I'll try to make more, too!
I liked her design, though I've completely ripped off the clothes from Roxanne's original dress. x)
Please, refrain from comments that contain nothing but "I would have given her a X" or "Y is better", because they don't really add anything and it's kind of tiring, really. Thanks.
Done in Illustrator CS2. The pokemon images come from Bulbapedia.
