I need to draw more ponies who aren't Applejack, or Twilight, or Applejack and Twilight.

Pegasus feathers should be more colourful imo. Feathers are shiny. Need to add sparkles to everything.

This is Propheverse Rainbow in her uniform — she's not a weathermare here. She's the new Rookie on the town's small police force. Police in Equestria are a subset under the Royal Guard for dealing with civilian matters. Rainbow wants to work her way up into the Wonderbolts, who in-verse are a lot more combat oriented and a little less of the stunt-fliers they are in the show. I've probably mentioned all this before in another place but it doesn't hurt to have a little repetition.
