Pinky evolves from the Small Village Breed Hoofy at Level 30 while holding a Harmony Stone.
Unlike it's pre-evolution, Pinky is a Pokémon perfectly designed to travel. It absorbs and conducts static electricity, allowing to endure long distances. It's also a very proud and cheery Pokémon.
When it evolves, Pinky is able to learn a move exclusive to her: Static Attack. It's an Electric type attack that hurts the foe and leaves it paralyzed.
