I decided to do a redraw (not really) of Petal Dancer. She's a minor character in my Story, Insurgency: Fall of an Empire. She is the daughter of a flower shop owner, Rose Petal. As the daughter of a florist, she is destined to follow in her mothers hoofsteps. Despite that, her interests lie elsewhere, as evidenced by her cutiemark of an exploding party popper.
