Seeing how both of them are vampires, that and Blade doesn't talk much about his vampire status; I felt like making Vampony Zee reminding Balance Blade that she's not the only one who's got Vampirism.

If you're wondering why Sleepy Zee is a batpony-like vampire, that idea came to me a few years ago .
Besides, she looks more like a fitting vampire looking like that. I hope that clears some confusion up.
