"Just to wrap things up, that's how I'd imagine Dash at the end of her transformation. The process would be spread out in time, probably several months of constant small or bigger changes.
What things changed:
- Wings, of course, from feathers falling out to growing "fingers", scales and membranes, very fragile at first, getting thicker and stronger in time
- Teeth, fangs grew sharper, teeth in general transformed roughly to those of an omnivore
- Hooves got thicker and harder, they differ slightly from her usual fur, from how it is drawn in the show, because why not
- Fur got longer and ruffled in a few places
- Pupils changed into vertical, slit ones, she will learn to widen them at will, just like cats do
- Random scales appeared in a few places, began from thick fur, through blue to brown scales
- Tail got longer and scale-like stumps emerged along it
- Cutiemark disappeared leaving only a scar behind it. It can be shaped more like her actual cutiemark
- Tongue became slightly longer
- She got bigger in general, is slightly taller than an average pony and thicker than a pegasus, more of an earth pony's build
Here's her from the side and roughly compared to AJ: sta.sh/01ryz5qvnf6y

You may ask how did it happen that she'd changed so suddenly? The idea was that, after being rescued by the dragon, she'd survive and live as a normal pony for most of her life, up until she began trying too hard to be a wonderbolt. She crashed hard one time, probably injuring herself quite seriously, which would trigger the dragon blood inside her veins to heal her up. Her body reacted to the accident as if remembering the very deadly fall from years back. Instead of only healing her wounds, however, the blood had caused her body to mutate and transform, in order to make it stronger and healthier. First it was her wings, then eyes, teeth and so on. All of that would happen around the times of season one."
