Fortunately, Sparkler has some interesting information behind the scenes. You'll notice that the sketch doesn't quite match the size and shape of the final version, and there's event a sprite with this smaller Sparkler. Unfortunately, the animation where the boss destroys Twilight's Slave Crown has an animation designed to exactly fit the shape of the original. I couldn't edit the animation, so I had to add more ice to fit the original shape.

She's quite a bit darker out of battle, since there wasn't a palette that fit her exactly. While battles gave me a lot of room to work with color (15 colors + transparency), all map sprites have the share one of eight palettes used for every PC and NPC."
