Scootaloo worships Rainbow Dash. Its easily one of the first things you will come to know of her. One can catch her watching Dash do her flying warmups or actively joining Dash on a morning (for Dash) jog if she decides to do that. Having a dedicated follower has only made Dash’s ego problem worse as Scootaloo has made a fan club in Rainbow Dash’s honor. While it started as a follower/followee relationship, it soon became very sibling-like. Scootaloo is an only child, and while her other friends in her age group had a sibling to look after them, Scootaloo was alone. Rainbow Dash took her under her metaphorical and sometimes literal wing. Scootaloo’s life is actually not discussed too much among her friends or even Rainbow Dash. They all respect her enough not to pry, but their curiosity tends to go wild with fret and worry sometimes.

She also works with her friends as a Cutie Mark Crusader, helping others find their place in the world. Scootaloo is rather creative and unyielding in her support of others, not letting anypony leave until all methods are exhausted. As a troubled flyer, she has an idea of what it feels like to be told you can’t do something,s so even if they can’t do it with the simplest solution, she’ll be the first to suggest things off the beaten path.

While the young Pegasus has very little skill in flying, her admiration in Rainbow Dash has sparked her to pursue another form of elegant movement as a Dancer. She controls her movements in such a way to confound enemies, inspire allies, or to simply pummel her opponents in ways they never see coming. While most of her outfits are far from subtle and quiet, she employs many flowing steps and arm movements not unlike a martial artist. Her motions are potent and when combined with her sash, and when she uses it to their full potential, it may seem like her range far exceeds her arm’s reach


Clear Sash — A very light length of cloth given to her from Rarity. She practices her dance moves with it even when in her idle free time. The sash augments the effectiveness of her support dances as well as lovely visual flare. She still has to watch out or she may end up accidentally choking herself…again.

Crusader’s Glove — A glove adorned with her cutie mark and a visible oath to help those find their place in life or in battle. She really loves how it gives her some asymmetric flare. When used in tandem with other Crusaders’ emblem users, the buffs are increased in potency.
