Sassy Saddles: Don't test me, Plate. I might take it as a threat.

But really, what even is pony anatomy? (AND SHADING?!) I hate drawing quadrupedal ponies, but I felt this situation called for it on account that it is episode fanart, specifically pre-Grand Opening during "Canterlot Boutique". Anyway, Plate's scarf made the whole thing worth it. (I remembered to draw the scarf after I scanned it, so I had to draw it into my sketch and re-scan it. )

It's not much, but I came up with this little idea for a conversation they would have had. There's just got to be more to Fashion Plate than just a dramatic tenor fanboy! It's already canon that Fashion Plate and Sassy Saddles knew each other prior to Rarity's Canterlot Boutique, and based on how the episode ended with Sassy's true intentions coming to light, I'm sure that Fashion Plate should have already been aware that her previous jobs failed, right?

I am headcanoning that Fashion Plate is smarter than we give him credit for!

I may come back and edit this into a fully formed one-shot. In fact, I'm excited for it. I just need to study the episode some more unfortunately.
