"Seriously though, I have the feeling that this movie has quite a cult following in the place that it comes from. Its terribly shot, its terribly acted, and its even more terribly executed. Yet, its so consistent that I cant get mad about it.
For what its worth, Id say check it out. It will either give you hopes to make your own movie (because, if something like this can get made, anything is possible) or it will shatter your sanity."
