Parcly Taxel: The universe I created in the previous ask had too much energy and decayed. I was sent to a place with lower energy, i.e. my hometown of Canterlot.
Spindle: Because of my influence, Parcly is very averse to large gatherings of ponies like those found at conventions. She prefers meeting ponies one-on-one in a cosy and quiet room.
