Dr. 4 is a character from my tumblr blog. She's a part of a team of scientists who range from 1-10. Why did I choose 4 as her name? Because I love Ulquiorra from Bleach and he's number 4, that's why! Anyway, she hasn't done much in the 'story' yet but she plays an important role in the journey of 21 and his… masters/slaves.
