I personally always saw Dash as a kind of a… bravado-filled wuss. Y'know? The kind of people who are all talk but when things actually happen, or when someone's there to watch her do something from the heart, they're suddenly all self-conscious. Like, they like/want attention when it's just showing off, but when it's something that could be embarrassing, they wanna be as alone as possible.
