Personality; Being a spoiled rich kid would definitely sour any child, and Top Dollar, despite his parents being kind and gentle souls, was twisted into a brat by his grandparents. With his mothers running as Ponyville's newest mayor and secretary, he's often left in the care of his grandparents, Filthy Rich and Spoiled Rich. Spoiled rotten by them, he takes after them more-so than his parents, often resulting to belittling children despite the amount of chastising from Diamond Tiara. He's often shoved into situations he's never comfortable with, resulting to insulting everything in sight to make himself feel better about himself.
