These are the Satyrs, a race of beings he came up with for the series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (except for Grogar, who is from the original tv series)

Description:
Satyrs are creatures of dark magic, undead beings with a pure hatred for all Equines, ESPECIALLY Alicorns. From their dwelling far north from the Crystal Empire in the ancient pre-Equestrian fortress known as Tamberlon, the Satyrs plot the ruin of the Equine nations and their allies under the rule of twisted necromancers and brutal warlords. With each hoofstep they take, the earth becomes poisoned by the dark magic that animates and feeds them. Often repelled by the border patrols of the Crystal Empire and Griffin Kingdom, there are cases in the past and present where a few raiding parties have slipped past to plunder and destroy.
