Bright Starr is Shimmer Starr's little sister and Mint Starr's twin sister. Id say that i just took shimmer's basic colors and changed them a little bit to make the colors for both of them. also bright is a pegasus because i can do that. also just as a note, Shimmer is the only unicorn in her family. her mom is a pegasus and her dad is an earth pony.
