At long last, next chapter is here.
A few changes. I decided to use a slightly different format. I was silly enough to pick huge gaps to frame the pages. They can be added digitally or even just stay thin. I was losing a lot of space and I really lack it. It's quite different what you see and what I see. I mean, I notice it but only later. As I work on the pages they seem smooth and well made but as I scan these and take a closer look all the tiny flaws become the ugliest scars. What was a needle-thin pencil line becomes a log scratch on a cave wall. What seemed like a perfectly filled hatching becomes an interlacing not even covering all the panel.
Yep, I'm rarely satisfied. XD I just don't understand how do other traditional comic artists get such clean and detailed work. Do they draw on A2? Gee…
I also use a smoother paper. Lines are even more accurate now but the flaws are more obvious. That's from my end, however. You may not notice much. It's just a bit of my usual blabbering for those who care. ;
As for the story, we're about to go on adventure far far away. Poor Eri is having issues with her weird little friend. It may get deeper.
"It was a dark and sad time for me. But I learned a lot on that journey. I'll tell you that story…"
Grab your tea and donuts, it's gonna be a long evening. Forgive me if there are any mistakes.
