This is both mine and Rated’s favorite page, mainly because of the sudden color change in the last panel. It’s a very violent setting and I wanted to show the seriousness of the sudden danger of Hurricane’s life is in by making it all red and black, a style I hope to use more in the future. The Griffins were based on the Picts, an ancient Scottish tribe or warriors the Romans faced during their many campaigns in Britain.
