Pinkie + Magic Wings! This minigame reminds me of the Pokemon Dream World minigame with Pelipper; you collect bits and avoid the storm clouds and shadowbolt. Breaking white clouds builds up a charge that lets you hit RAINBOOM speed.
(Protip: One of the miniquests requires you to take Pinkie into this minigame)
