Update: I went through real quick and changed the shadows so that they would shade the outlines too. It looks better that way. I also changed the color of the colt on the left to match the version I have in my physical copy of the comic. From the IDW pony comic #9 cover sta.sh/0kiqx2lksek. I'm not really into shipping, and I've never even thought of this one, but still, that cover is pretty epic!This is my first attempt of vectoring from the comics. ~Luchocas recommended this scene, which was too adorable to resist. I changed the edge colors and a few minor things so that it would be on-model for the show. I did keep the shading, for which I used 20% opaque black for simplicity, and the eyes are very slightly different than how they would normally look on foals in the show. The coat and mane colors were a bit washed out in the comic since the scene was in sunlight, so I just took them from the color refs for Fleetfoot and Big Mac.
