Celestia Ouranios, shortly after ascension in her first century of life. Born with a blue mane, she often finds it funny that so many think that her hair used to be pink. Her familiar, rainbow aurora-like mane doesn't fully manifest until she has completely acclimatised to her role as the Sun, which is a process that takes her nearly a hundred years.

While I don't mind the pink-haired interpretation of a younger Celestia, I've always been pretty fond of the blue-green hair that often appears in-show on murals, flags, and so forth, too. After all, it gives her at least some similarity to her sister.
