Let's say that Coco Pommel had an uncommon cold in "The Saddle Row Review", which wouldn't go away until it is taken care of. How Coco got it was by eating a cheesecake, which had frost-looking mold on it. A few hours later, she gets those darn sniffles.

Now, Star-Mite Glimmer shrinks down even smaller, and enters Ms. Pommel to fight this ailment.

Here's a tip: When in the nose and in the esophagus, if you're sick of dying again and again, rapidly shoot at where the germs spawn.
