포니 3국 중 하나인 페가서폴리스는 군정 국가였어. 그래서인지는 모르겠지만, 내놓는 정책이 전부 극단적이었지. 이 카드에 등장하는 허리케인 장군 역시 마찬가지였어. 세 포니 국가가 공멸하기 직전까지 전쟁을 이어간 것도 이 자가 원인일 게 분명해.
Pegasus Police, one of the three pony states, was a military state. I do not know why, but the policy was all extreme. The same was true for General Hurricane on this card. It must be the cause of the war that led to the war just before Cephony's annihilation.
