At SDCC, Tabitha St Germain said that she wanted there to be a pony named Diaphanous Foof… so I drew her. She's kind of a combination of Flufflepuff and Celestia — floofy, yet ethereal, and the slightest breeze might just blow her away at any moment (hence the dandelion cutie mark). Many thanks to Couch-Crusader for putting me up to it heh.
