Same story as Mane Six, Sonic Crossover, how the sonic characters come to Equestria is a little hard to explain. Cream the Rabbit and Cheese the Chao get lost in a forest and Vanilla asks the other characters that are there to help look for her. Each character in the forest disappears and reappears in the Everfree forest, either as a pony or still their original form. They appear in the forest at different times and they soon meet a my little pony character.
