According to Little-Tweenframes Sunset Shimmer lore, Philomena used to be Sunset’s pet before she came to the human world, so now in the present with Sunset back living in Equestria for a while, I figure she would spend time with her dear old friend and would be the one to introduce Philomena to Honey!
