Short Bio: Kalon is the gloomy, aloof heir of Luna and Ember. He has self-esteem issues, and is way too critical of himself and others. Kalon is proud of the fact that he has dragon blood, but despises his pony side, considering it the weak side. He delves in mind magic, dreams, literature, philosophy, and anything scholarly.
Personality: He is introverted and avoids interaction with most ponies because he is busy with his projects. He kinda looks down on other ponies and doesn't think they are worth his time (unless they are powerful or interesting.)

Relationships: In order to bring an end to the escalating conflict between the ponies and dragons, Luna and Ember came together to unite the two races. (But Garble and his supporters have their own dragon clan out in the Badlands.) Kalon looks up to Ember the most, considering her the toughest and coolest dragon ever. Though his dragonfire isn't as potent as a regular dragon's, its magical properties are considerably formidable. She taught him everything about being a strong dragonlord. Kalon also loves Luna, and learned everything magic-related from her.

He rarely visits the Element Bearers' kids. Kalon and Astral sometimes meet up to talk about philosophy and literature. They relate a lot about not wanting the attention they get because of their status. Kalon likes doing dragon stuff with Spike, but doesn't understand his love for ponies and their culture.

Kalon doesn't like how Sere tries to get him out more often. He knows that she means well but he would rather be out of the public eye. He likes calling her by her full name to annoy her. Only she calls him "Lon" when they're alone. He thinks nicknames are dumb, so he prefers to address others by their given name.
