This was a request from my stream which I did on monday. It's amazing how one day can produce different results.
Personal Analysis:
Tempest was done really well, the only thing I would change is her horn, it's a bit too small. As for twilight her hair could be better styled. Her horn is also way to high on her head, it should be lower down. Her eyes are a bit too small and the shape of her head is off by her muzzle (I believe).
