This is a part of unfinished project called Conspiracy Theory.
On this day, all work on this project got stuck in place.
I decided that better release this project at least partially, no let this stuck on hard drive for who know so long.
If you like it, then I will think about releasing more of this project.
Note.
According to my old notes, this OC in middle is named Steel Trail and he is railway magnate.
