"Isn't she the most beautiful foal you've ever seen?"

Have been trying to finish this drawing for a long time and finally had the chance to do it. It's been in my plans to draw fluffy baby Windy Belle with Flutters and Rainbow.

The portrayed scene takes place shortly after Windy was born.
Rainbow Dash had been away with the Wonderbolts for a couple of days at Las Pegasus to perform on a live show, and a few hours before the show took place she received a message from Twilight saying that Fluttershy was at the hospital. Fluttershy explicitly told her friends to not worry Rainbow because this performance was important for her career, but Twilight knew Rainbow wouldn't forgive them if they did that.
After reading the message Rainbow Dash prepared to leave Las Pegasus right away and head back to Ponyville. Spitfire warned her that she was a vital point for the performance to work and that Fluttershy would be fine without her by her side, but Rainbow simply retorted "I can't do that! I promised Fluttershy I'd be there for her, so if you want to expel me from the Wonderbolts go ahead.", and took off.

On the way back she flew so fast that unleashed her Sonic Rainboom and couldn't save the landing, so she fell face flat on the ground as reached the town.
As Rainbow entered the hospital and found her friends they gave her the good news that both Fluttershy and Windy were alright. She eagerly rushed to the room, only to be stopped at the door by the nurse when she realized the dirt and bruises all over the rainbow mare. Twilight and the others had to come in between to put an halt to the arguing and help their friend out.

When Rainbow was finally able to get inside she felt water covering her eyes as saw Fluttershy, all roughed up and exhausted, holding a tiny fur ball of a light blue tone. And as she approached the yellow Pegasus she saw the tiny healthy foal smiling at her and there she couldn't hold back her happy tears anymore.
