Chief Matilda was having a great time, but she simply does not grasp the concept of an alcohol free zone and has to be kicked out the festival by her Japanese homonyms . Now she’s gonna have to find some other place to get wasted tonight.

Finished this one late, I know, but I really enjoyed making it. Correct me if im wrong, but for what I understand alcohol is not allowed in those kinds of festivals. At least not for drinking openly. Also, I made a little mistake with the cops uniforms. The white cap and green armband are only for the trafic police, not for the normal patroll cops. Other than that, I hope everything else is correct.

Now if you excuse me, I have to draw a place for Matilda to spend the night.
