i gave them fetlocks basically just for regality, they're the only characters in the sugarverse that have fetlocks of that length, and they're flow-y like their manes.
the sugarverse takes place in the future, so luna is a little bit darker and more like celestia. Both of their manes are changed to look more like a sun/moon rise~
