I started this pic ages ago and just discovered it again today. Thought why not finish
it? I'm still in love with the middle ages concept and it has so much story potential.
So here I listed the nine rulers of Equestria, each one of them controlling a different
part (and of course it's not always peaceful between them but more about that later).

The parts are basically:
Celestial Kingdom: A big kingdom. Celestia has been the ruler for over a thousand years.

Lunar Kingdom: Equally as big as its neighbour, the Celestial Kingdom. Queen
Luna is the sister of Celestia, and their history had lots of "ups and downs".

Crystal Empire: Cadence and Shining Armor reign this cold area, it's about half as big as the Celestial Kingdom.

Dragon Pit: A not very big (in comparison to the above), but dangerous territory. Emperor Ember holds it with her iron grip.

Wasteland: A vast, lost and fruitless land (a bit like the Outlands in Lion King). Chrysalis and
her minions have to hide from the other rulers, they are Outlaws in almost every other territory.

Shadow Zone: A big, dark and extremely dangerous place. No-one who didn't
make a contract with King Sombra is save from getting hunted down here.

Chaos Realm: Where is it? What is it? Why is it? What happened? — basically everything
you need to know about Discord's place. Its residents are used to it, hopefully.

Hoovrah: A big, mountainous isle in a very rough ocean (a little inspired by
Ard Skellig from the Witcher). The people here don't like visitors from mainland.

Novus: A separate, medium size isle (still big) close to the main land. The reformed Changelings
fled to this place with their new ruler, Thorax. It's well known for it's neutrality and peacefulness.
